To provide the best possible outcomes for patients in the Redmond/Bellevue area utilizing acupuncture, herbal medicines, and related Chinese medicine techniques in concert with patients’ existing and future healthcare providers.
Christopher Slycord, MAOM, L.Ac.
After Christopher Slycord graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics-Computer Science from Western Washington University, he had a feeling he needed to make a change to go into a field in which he was helping people. This led to him initially becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant and, after having his skin conditions and food allergies drastically reduced through acupuncture, he decided to learn more about the subject and see how he could use it to give others similar success. To meet this goal, Christopher enrolled in the American College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in Houston, Texas in the fall of 2007.
He graduated in January of 2012 and obtained his Washington State license in June of 2012.
Christopher treats a wide range of disorders, primarily using acupuncture, electroacupuncture, and Chinese herbs complemented with cupping and gua sha (coining).
Christopher lives in the City of Redmond.
